A Note From Melanie:
For me, it all begins, ends, and begins again with Belonging
I belong to you
I belong to this earth
I belong to the Beloved
And, you belong too
I follow the Native American ceremonial way of life.
I honor all life. The animal nation, the earth, water, and sky nation are my elders, my teachers.
I had a wonderful following as a coach for over twenty years. After a directive dream, I co-created the first coaching magazine, Choice. I am honored to be a Hay House Author with my book, The Power of Naming, The Journey towards Your Indigenous Nature.
Now, I sit in the seat of my vocation. Careers are meant to smith our abilities to work with our medicine, to separate the noise from the purpose, allowing me to sit straight into my vocation.
I learned the meaning of Soul Naming in as an Indigenous practice. It’s my purpose, just as you have yours.
As you read this, know there is more for you.
You have medicine and purpose. It is beautiful, yet is not always easily identified.
I have immense faith in humanity. I believe that you and every other person is enabled with beauty and truth in unique blends that are necessary for the evolution of all.
When we take our cues from the diversity and evolution of nature, it is easy to see how being yourself among all, creates a collective beauty and interdependence that ensures growth, elicits your medicine and raises the relational dynamic.
And yet, the world works so diligently to separate you from your Self. Life takes attention, grounding and fortitude. All of which we each have access to.
Whomever you are becoming, this you should be ushered in community and in communion with the elements.
Your walk in life is meant to be uniquely yours. In that uniqueness the necessary perspectives expand your capacity to care for one another and this earth.
You belong and your next you is needed. Let’s take the first step together.
